Delete your account

This permanently deletes your Swymmetry account and all data associated with it. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account and login
Your profile, goals, projects, plans and workouts
All swim recordings, analyses, metrics and personal bests
All uploaded files in our storage
Any connection to a wearable account, including Garmin

We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it (for example billing records). See our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

Send an email to mikhail.ishchenko@swymmetry.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my Swymmetry account”.

We verify that the request comes from the account's own address and then erase the account and all of its data. We complete requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner, and we email you to confirm once it is done.

Prefer to do it in the app? Open Swymmetry → Settings → Account → Delete account.

Any problem, or no email within a few minutes? Contact mikhail.ishchenko@swymmetry.com from the address on the account and we will handle it manually.
